First appointments with babies are usually 90min.
Please bring a bottle if currently supplementing. If you are currently pumping, please bring your pump set up! This will allow me to asses and test your equipment to make sure it’s the most efficient.
At the end of the day, feeding baby is the most important so if timing doesn’t work out, don’t sweat, we can usually get baby to work with us!

I will assess you and baby to ensure that both of you are healthy. Each appointment we will asses your goals, and come up with a feeding plan to help you reach them.

Pumping not feeling comfortable? Not sure if you have the right size flange, or even the right pump for your body/needs?

I have recently completed a Low Milk Supply Training course and am happy to help you navigate this road with compassion.
I always encourage my clients to be curious about their bodies and what they are capable of. Often I work closely with OBGYN or PCP’s to help get to the root cause. Sometimes labs are needed to ensure proper recommendations are provided.
Some of these conditions include Thyroid conditions, PCOS, Low Iron or Hemorrhaging (during delivery), Gestational Diabetes, Type 1 or 2 Diabetes, Insulin Resistance and more.

I’m not a doctor, I will not and can not diagnose any medical conditions or provide treatment. I can assist with helping you advocate if an issue arises. I am a Dietitian and Lactation consultant and can legally offer Diet advise if you or baby have Medical Nutrition Therapy Needs.
I do not standardly put clients on Diets, and do not prescribe to traditional dieting methods. Believe all bodies should be celebrated and will NEVER put a client on a “weight loss plan”. I believe pregnancy and postpartum is a magical time to be curious about what our bodies can do, not try to change them or “bounce back”.
If a client requests suggestions for nutrition guidance or needs assistance with life style choice for medical or health goals I’m happy to support that and offer education based on their needs.

Let’s talk about it! I legally can’t diagnose patients. I strongly believe that not every restriction needs to be cut. This isn’t a “black and white area” if you have concerns, body work, addressing basic lactation support should be addressed before surgical intervention and parents should be provided support to make the best decisions for their family.
