Pricing:
Prenatal Visits are $150 45-60 minutes. (Virtual or office)
Initial Assessment Appointments $200 60-90 minutes. (Virtual, office or in-home)
Follow up Visits are $150 45-60 minutes. (Virtual, office or in-home +Travel fee)
In-home new baby appointment are offered within a 15 mile radius of 85282. Home visits after the first assessment a small $35 fee will be added for travel connivence. The first travel fee is waved for clients who book a prenatal appointment.
Any home visits outside of 85282 a Travel Fee of $50 will be added.
